This Pavilion kit is easy to handle since it is packed inside boxes, which can be carried by two people. The roof is 12′ Wide x 15′ Long and the base 10′ Wide x 12′ Long. This makes for the perfect carport or sturdy shade structure for a hot tub area, outdoor seat area, grilling station, outdoor bar, etc….
Made with pressure treated southern yellow pine which guarantees resistance against rod and termites.

- Components are milled, sanded, cut and notched to fit together perfectly.
- 4 post with an elegant superior design on the bottom 3 feet of each post.
- Sturdy, easy to handle roof rafters that are notched for precise position on the beams.
- High quality metal roof with all pieces cut to size.
- Thorough step by step assembly instructions with many illustrations and pictures (We do offer installation in Michigan).
If you choose to put this up yourself you will just need a few tools, a friend and some time. We can drop ship it directly to you anywhere in the US.
