Help Wanted: Join Our Backyard Build Team! (And Get Paid to Make Kids’ Dreams Come True)

We’re currently looking for Playset, Trampoline, and Basketball Hoop Installers to join our awesome crew! Each day begins at our warehouse in Grandville, where you’ll team up with our experienced installers. From there, you’ll hit the road together, traveling across West Michigan to build backyard fun right in our customers’ homes.
Here’s the deal:
Start Location: Grandville, MI
What You’ll Install: Playsets, trampolines, and premium basketball hoops
Schedule: Monday – Friday (hello, weekends off!)
Pay: $17/hour to start — with room to grow
Tools: Some basic tools required — we’ll let you know exactly what you’ll need
Seasonal: Work slows down in winter. You may be laid off Dec–Feb, with things ramping up again in March. However, if you’re a college student looking for a fun summer job, we’ve got you covered!
As you can see, this isn’t your average 9-to-5 (though sometimes it is more like 8-to-6). Instead, you’ll be outside, working with your hands, and joining a fun, supportive team that builds seriously cool stuff. Every day feels a little different—new backyards, new challenges, and that incredibly satisfying moment when you can step back and say, “Yup… I built that.”
Bonus points if:
You’ve got a great attitude and a willingness to learn
You can lift heavy things (some of these playsets are beasts!) — Actually, lifting 80+ lbs is required
You enjoy working with a team
You’re not afraid of a little dirt… or a lot of sunshine
