At Backyard Fun Zone, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. So, if there is an issue contact us, and we will try out best to work things out and make it a happy experience for you. However we have to have some guidelines which we spell out below. As you can understand the items we sell are large and require installation so that makes things tricky. We treat every situation as its own, as we know things can happen so again contact us and let’s talk out it to resolve the issue.
Basketball Hoop Refund Policy
If you purchase a basketball hoop and have not opened or installed any part of it, we will offer a refund minus any delivery fee upon inspection within 30 days of receiving product. We can either pick up the hoop for a fee or you can bring it to us.
Once hoop is installed there are no refunds. If there is a manufacture defect, there is a warranty process directly through the manufacture that we will assist with. No refunds on Installation or delivery.
Trampoline Refund Policy
If you purchase a springfree trampoline and have not opened the boxes or installed any part of the parts, then we can issue a refund minus delivery fee upon inspection within 15 days of receiving the product. We can pick up the trampoline for a fee or you can bring it to us.
Once trampoline is installed, we will offer a refund minus 25% upon inspection. We can disassembly and take it away for an added fee. No refunds on Installation and/or Delivery.
Playset Refund Policy
If you purchase a playset and have not installed or used any part of it, we will offer a refund minus any delivery fee upon inspection within 15 days of receiving product. We can pick it up for a fee or you can bring it to us.
Once the playset is installed, we can give you a 50% refund on the product. No refunds on installation and/or delivery fee. We would have to come and disassemble playset and remove from yard and there would be a fee associated with this.
